Prices
At Munk Productions we make reservations for any errors in our quoted prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.
Payment
Munk Productions receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All amounts are in EUR and including VAT applicable to your country. Companies in the EU are not subject to VAT. Consumers and companies in countries outside the EU are not subject to VAT. Reservations are made for errors in pricing.
Delivery
We sell internationally. Once you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, approve the limited right of withdrawal (see below), and complete the payment, you will receive a link to download immediately the product(s) you purchased. Download link is valid 48 hours from time and date of purchase. If you purchased a Download Pass, this pass will give you access to download directly from the Single Ambiences page. Your pass is active until you have used up the purchased number of downloads.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to technical errors in the downloaded zip files, e.g. if these cannot be opened. In that case, you can receive a new download link or be offered an alternative method for downloading the archive. The complaint does not apply to errors made by incorrect handling of the archive. You must advertise in "reasonable time" after discovering the defect / error.

Cancellation
14 days full cancellation right is granted on products purchased in our webshop, if download has not yet begun.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the download link, or, if purchasing a Download Pass, from the day you receive your purchase confirmation.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase. The notification must be given per email at shop@munkprod.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice at the same time.
Products excempt from the right of withdrawal
The following are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that he/she thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
Return
Unfortunately, since these are digital copies, return is not possible.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase before you have started downloading, you will of course receive the amount you have paid back from us.
By using the cancellation right, all payments in regard to the product in question received from you are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to use the cancellation right. Repayment will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Points
Each purchase awards you points towards a discount on future purchases. To collect and use points you must create an account at checkout. If you don't do this, your points are lost, as they can't be attributed to you in your account.
We operate with two levels of points depending on the product:
- Starter packages give points corresponding to 20% of the purchase price
- Other packages give points corresponding to 5% of the purchase price
You get more Starter points because Starter packages are a mix of all categories, and therefore the audio files will be found in other packages along with many other files. And we don't want you to pay twice for the same material.
The remaining points are given to you because we want to thank you for purchasing our ambiences.
Royalty free
Once you have purchased your chosen product license, you own the perpetual right to use the content as stipulated in the "End user license agreement" below, without ever paying any further dues.
License options
Current licensing options are
- Single User License
- Multi-User License
A"User" is a person who has access to an uses the library in a project. The number of users is determined by the maximum possible number of users who simultaneously may work with the library on project(s).
Which license you should choose simply depends on that number. If, for example, your organisation has a maximum of 6 simultaneous projects running but with only 4 audio producers using the MPAA library, the number of licenses should be 4.
It is a part of the End User License Agreement, into which you enter upon purchase, that the number of users of the material matches the license you purchase. Should the number of users subsequently increase to a number larger than the number of your purchased license, you must purchase an additional license option such that the sum of users of both licenses will cover the actual number of users. This procedure must be repeated when and if the number of users require it.
If you represent an organisation with more users than are available in the license option menu, you have two options:
- Add additional license(s) to the shopping cart when purchasing as needed to cover the number of users in your organisation, or
- Contact us for a specific quote that matches your requirements
End user license agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the purchaser, and Munk Productions. By purchasing any Munk Productions products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
You may use any content purchased from Munk Productions, royalty free on any audio/visual production, including (but not limited to): Film and tv productions, live performances, music productions, video games, web pages and applications.
The number of individuals having access to and using the material at the same time must not exceed the number of users of your purchased license(s).
You are not authorised to duplicate, sell, provide access to, or redistribute any of Munk Productions’ content on any medium, including (but not limited to) the internet and hard copies.
While you gain the right to use purchased content as part of your productions, Munk Productions retains ownership and copyright for all of its content.
By agreeing to these terms, you do not hold Munk Productions responsible for any loss, damages, liabilities and all costs and expenses of lawsuits and lawyers fees.
